a sample of the products you normally order and include
a customized order form we will design based on your
requirements. You will then be able to simply fill in
the information then click on the "submit" key and your
order will be placed directly with us, no more phoning
in individual orders, no more hard to read faxes just
one simple click and your order is placed directly with

The Web Easy Ordering System is very flexible and designed
to meet your needs. We will design a customized password
protected Web Easy Order page for each of your accounts.
This page can be accessed directly from our web site
bcecards.com or you can set up a link from your web
page. Or if you want all orders to go through you, we will
design the Web Easy Order page with your logo
(in place of ours). All orders will be routed through
you for approval. You assign a PO number then submit your order
to us. We will work with you to identify your specific

If you are a high volume customer and want one centralized
ordering system we can design individual Web Easy Order pages for your various business units and you can
choose whether the orders are first routed through your
centralized ordering location, placed directly with

You tell us what you want, we will put it on your Web
Easy Order page. And it can only be accessed by you
through your unique user name and password. You can
set up one user name and password or multiple user names
and passwords. It's your page, carrying your logo (our
name won't even appear on the page if you don't want
it to). We'll set up a standard delivery account or
you can deliver each order separately to the address
you provide.

Just fill in the information in your order form, click
submit and your order is on it's way. Or if you have
multiple orders these can be held in your Shopping Cart
until you're ready to submit. And you can place your
order when you want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
from your computer. Or to make ordering even easier,
just type in your reorder number, that's it, and we'll
repeat a previous order you sent in. No more calling,
faxing or mailing.
